The Wall Street Journal has created several data visualizations illustrating how the United States has changed since the last census, which occurred in 2010. The visualizations show that the middle of the United States became more diverse but also that fewer individuals are moving to different areas within the United States. The visualizations also show that most coastal areas have become older.
