The Philadelphia Division of Housing and Community Development has published its Housing Production for Fiscal Years 2013-2016 dataset, which details the number and location of accessible housing units built in Philadelphia from 2013 to 2016, as well as the type of accessibility provided at each unit. Philadelphia requires all city-funded housing construction to meet accessibility standards, meaning 10 percent of new units have to be accessible to people with physical disabilities and 4 percent of new units have to be accessible to people with vision or hearing disabilities.
